Joe Banana's is arguably Hong Kong's most iconic bar. Opened in the late 80's, it has been an institution to many, a madhouse to some, and certainly a place that caused shaky mornings for more than a few.
Joe Bananas originally open in 1985 and is one of the most iconic bar/restaurants in Hong Kong. Just say to a taxi driver Joe Bananas Wanchai and they drop you outside the door. The original premises were completely rebuilt and Joe Bananas re-opened its doors on 1st August 2014. With one of the largest professional stages in Hong Kong its live bands play popular music to the late morning. Open for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner and drinks every night.
